Kitten, These are so good! I first searched your Kittencal's Kitchen blog/website, but didn''t see these posted. These are fantastic. I highly recommend them I made 4 times the recipe! I am going to freeze them for quick easy burgers later on. I served them with lettuce, tomato and bacon on rolls I made from your Kittencal's french bread recipe (my favorite bread recipe!). THANK YOU AGAIN.

What a wonderful flavor this burger had. I changed and used 1 Tbs of minced dried onion flakes in place of the real onion and used garlic and herb breadcrumbs for 1 lb of ground turkey. I let set overnight and made them the next day. They were delicious. I pan fried them in olive oil. Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe, its another keeper in my cookbook :)

I too just couldn't wait overnight. LoL! Sorry Kittz. I did manage to let them sit for about 4 hours though. Very nice burger and you don't have to feel guilty eating it, with it being turkey meat. I used a mixture and I think next time I might add just a wee bit more BBQ sauce. I also only used 1 lb. meat as there were only 2 of us, so I got 4 fairly large patties of which I could only eat one but my husband had two. :)

Couldn't wait one day to have these! They were quite tasty! They were great on the grill - love the cayenne pepper with the onions. Next time I will chill overnight...!! :) Thanks Kit!

DH enjoyed these! I did use both dark and white ground turkey breast for a very nice and moist burger. Also, used honey barbecue sauce and about 1/2 cup of bread crumbs. Will be making these again soon!

Of course, per usual I didn't read the instructions thoroughly and had only one hour left to chill the uncooked patties. Very rich, and with the chipotle barbecue sauce I used, quite spicy. I don't think the lack of chilling time hurt the results.

Made for Zaar Tag. My turkey was bad, so I made this with 93% lean ground beef. Only had about 6-7 hrs to marinade, but this was good! Will be making again this summer!
