  1. This was delicious!!! It used up the leftover turkey and gave it a different taste, so it wasn't the same 'ol boring turkey. The cheese was a super ingredient, I'm glad you thought of it!

  2. This was a great way to use up the last of my leftovers. I used cheddar cheese because it's what I had on hand, threw in some peas and added a layer of mashed potatoes on top and it was delicious! I omitted the salt as well and didn't even notice it. I also made it in a glass casserole dish and it came out perfect. It was even better the next day for lunch and now we're finally done with Thanksgiving leftovers!

  3. This was a great basic "use up the Thanksgiving left-overs" recipe. We loved it! Since we had Thanksgiving dinner at a friend's home, we had no left-overs except some turkey that was sent home with us. So I made this using 1 box Stove-Top turkey stuffing and 1 packet turkey gravy mix (both prepared per direction on the packages). I also added 1 cup corn and used low-fat colby and jack cheese. I omitted the salt since the stuffing and gravy mix both had salt in them. I baked this in a square glass casserole dish, and it came out great. Not gourmet, granted, but simply good down-home family "comfort food"

  4. This is your basic, use-up-the-left-overs turkey casserole. Having said that, it is tasty & easy to prepare. I would have appreciated knowing what size pan to use; I chose a 9 by 11". I had mozzerella instead of jack cheese, so the effect was probably more mellow. My turkey was cubed instead of shredded. This is a good recipe that is worth trying.
