Turkey Burgers Filled With Brie and Grilled Granny Smith Apples

"I got this recipe from Bobby Flay's Boy Meets Grill. It is simple, outstanding, and a real pleaser. I make this for people when they visit my home for the first time and it is often requested each time they return. I usually have variation suggestions for the recipes I post but this one I like just the way it is."

Cooking is my relaxation. I have a picky eater as my DW and a picky eater as my son. I eat everything under the sun and am very adventerous with foods. The challenge, please my family, expand their taste buds, and still make unique dishes that blend a wide variety of flavors.
