These are so delicious! Serve them with my Sweet Potato Fries and you have a sure hit. :)
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 apple
- 1 small yellow onion
- 2 teaspoons celery seeds
- 3 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- In a food processor, chop about 1/3 of your apple, all of your celery seed, and half your onion. You want the pieces to be small but so you can still get that little bit of crunch when you bite into the burger. Mix all the stuff from the processor along with the poultry seasoning in with the ground turkey.
- Heat your oil in a med-high heat pan. Form your turkey into patties and when the oil is hot, just place them into the pan. They're done when the juices run clear and the middle is brown like the rest of the burger. Serve on your favorite potato roll and you're done!
