Turkey Burgers

Very good turkey burgers. They taste more like beef burgers than turkey.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 14 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon frozen sofrito sauce, Goya Brand In a little white or blue plastic container in the ethnic section of the grocery store.
  • 1 tablespoon complete seasoning, Badia brand
  • 18 teaspoon paprika
  • 18 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 116 teaspoon pepper


  1. Preheat Grill or Skillet to 275” or medium.
  2. Scrape out enough frozen sofrito and place it in a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Microwave for approximately for 30 sec. to 1 minute till melted.
  4. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  5. Form 4 equal size balls then flatten to burgers.
  6. Cook on grill or skillet for 6 Min's on each side making sure to flip once. always check for internal temp is at 165 degrees.
  7. Place burgers on your favorite bun "I like the sesame seed buns or on flat bread.".
  8. Add your condiments, "your favorite sauce, sliced tomato, onion, etc.".
  9. And enjoy.
