Turkey Bratwurst Patties

From Cooking Light. Nice substitute for a full-fat brat. Except for the salt and pepper, I use the full amount of spice for one pound of turkey. I tried with ground chicken (not ground chicken breast) the other day and that was great too.

Followed the recipe exactly as it is and was pleasantly surprised how good they turned out. As the other reviewer stated not as full flavored as the fully loaded high fat sausage in the stores, but if you look around the ingredients are quite similar to other bratwurst recipes. I made 4 oz patties and put them on the grill medium heat for 4 minutes each side. The only thing I would change next time is to let the meat sit with the seasoning for 24 hours before cooking to see if it brings out the flavor.
