Savory Turkey BBQ Meatballs that are diabetic-friendly and low carb.

Directions

  1. Mix turkey, crackers, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper very well.
  2. Roll mixture into 2 inch balls and place in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle onions over meatballs.
  4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350°.
  5. While cooking, mix remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  6. When meatballs are done, pour sauce over meatballs and cook for another 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot as a main course or on toothpicks as an appetizer.
