Lorraine, this recipe is great! It's got just the right tang to make this a top quality BBQ sauce for any type of meat. I added about 1/2 tsp. salt as per your suggestion in step 2. I had about one cup of sauce left that I froze for later use and I hope no one finds it before I need it! Made for the Clever Cockies team on the Aus/NZ swap game '08.
