  1. Combine cucumber, carrot, dill, chives and mayonnaise together, set aside. Layer bottom halves of bagels with lettuce and tomato; top with 4 slices of turkey. Spoon veggie mixture on top; replace top halves of bagels.

Interesting sandwich. Bread or a bun instead of a bagel might work better; the topping kept squishing out of the hole in the top. other than that, this was a good sandwich.
