Good tasting moist meatballs with the addition of pork. I used quick oats instead of bread crumbs and baked at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

  1. Mix everything except olive oil together and shape into 36 equally sized meatballs. They will be loose and sticky. Fry in olive oil over medium heat 5-8 minutes, browning on all sides, until done. Serve with your favorite sauce.
