- 226.79 g turkey breast, diced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 green apple, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 2 sweet pickles, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 236.59 ml light mayonnaise
- 4.92 ml curry powder
- 4.92 ml celery salt
- Mix everything in a big bowl and chill. serve in pita pockets.
Delicious combination of flavors and textures. I used leftover chicken for this, but I will definitely use this recipe for my leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Loved the apple and the curry powder. I wouldn't change a thing. Thanx!
