  1. 1.Marinate onion in vinegar for 5 minutes.
  2. 2.Over med-high heat, warm tortillas for about 45 seconds.
  3. 3. Place 1/4 of the filling items in each quesadilla.
  4. (arranged on one half of the tortilla) and fold tortilla over the top.
  5. 4.Flatten with spatula and cook until golden on both sides.
