- 2 slices havarti cheese, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 avocado, sliced thin
- 2 slices turkey breast
- 1⁄4 roma tomato, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons purple onions, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 pieces crispbread, like wasa

- Place 2 slices havarti cheese on 1 slice wasa crispbread.
- Top with 2 slices turkey breast.
