ingredients

• 2 slices havarti cheese, thinly sliced
• 1⁄2 avocado, sliced thin
• 2 slices turkey breast
• 1⁄4 roma tomato, finely minced
• 2 tablespoons purple onions, finely minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 pieces crispbread, like wasa
• salt (optional)
• pepper (optional)

directions

1. Place 2 slices havarti cheese on 1 slice wasa crispbread.
2. Top with 2 slices turkey breast.
3. Top with minced roma tomatoes, onion, parsley,.
4. Add salt and/or pepper to taste.
5. Top with slice of wasa crispbread.
