These are good and fun. You could even make them after Thanksgiving by grinding the leftover turkey...
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried sage
- 2 tablespoons onions (grated)
- 1⁄4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon prepared horseradish (drained)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 drop red food coloring (optional)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Heat broiler.
- Combine all.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Broil 10 minutes, turning once.
Excellent! I used dried onions and put them in a little water to hydrate. I didn't use the red food coloring. I also used white pepper. For those who cannot eat red meat and once in a while turkey this recipe is a blessing! I also did not use the salt. Thanks so much for posting!
