      Chill martini glasses.

      Fill shaker halfway with ice, add liquor and shake to mix. Pour into martini glasses and lightly sprinkle with nutmeg.

      I enjoyed this as a night cap. I followed Rita by using mango rum, which worked well. I had a tad bit of pina colada mix to get rid of so I added a dash of that too and it mellowed out the alcohol a bit. Either way, it is delightful! Made for ZWT 5 by and Epicurean Queen.

      Delish!!! I did use mango rum in place of the pineapple rum. I love this drink. Strong hits the spot! After a couple sips I did add some of the ice I used to shake it. Thanks Made for ZWT5 SATA

      The next best thing to actually being IN the Caribbean! Awesome! Even though I forgot the nutmeg! I dropped a few pieces of pineapple in for a garnish! Tropically mind numbing! Thanks for a great drink!
