This is a very nice light lunch

  1. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add walnuts, celery, carrot, and green onions, mix well. Add tuna and mix evenly. Serve mounded over tomato slices. Garnish with shredded parmesan if desired.

Marvelous tasting and healthful tuna salad. I served it on lettuce and added a 14oz can of Great Northern White Beans. Made a filling chilled supper for a hot summer evening. Nothing else I'll change next time either. The parmesan was an especially nice garnish.
