Tuna Toast

Quick lunch or dinner entree. I love the flavor of tuna and the mushroon soup together. One really hungry person can eat the whole recipe.

I made this and it was delish. I put frozen peas, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and black pepper into it. (After the reviews, I was afraid it would be too bland.) Then, instead of toast, I poured it over leftover pasta. Very, very good. Almost like a quick tuna noodle. Next time I'll try it with toast.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 3 slices toast


  1. Blend tuna, soup and milk in saucepan.
  2. Heat through.
  3. Tear toast into bite size pieces.
  4. Spoon tuna sauce over toast.
