    Quick lunch or dinner entree. I love the flavor of tuna and the mushroon soup together. One really hungry person can eat the whole recipe.

    • 1 can tuna, drained
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 3 slices toast

      Blend tuna, soup and milk in saucepan.

      Heat through.

      Tear toast into bite size pieces.

      Spoon tuna sauce over toast.

      I made this and it was delish. I put frozen peas, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and black pepper into it. (After the reviews, I was afraid it would be too bland.) Then, instead of toast, I poured it over leftover pasta. Very, very good. Almost like a quick tuna noodle. Next time I'll try it with toast.

      Sometimes we loose sight of the fact that simple is usually best!! This could not be any more simple. No need to add anything. Just throw it together and serve. Good comfort food. Thanks for reminding me Diane W.

      This was very good. I didn't have tuna on hand so I tried it with canned chicken chunks. It still was very good. Thank you for posting.
