This recipe was wonderful I tried it with pork and it blew me away with the mixture of pineapple and the citrus acid thats included. I have to say this is one of my all time favorite ways to use pineapples.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? I cannot believe that this recipe was posted in early 2003 and has not yet been rated. I prepared the recipe as instructed and everything turned out great. However, I did not add the oil to the Pineapple Sauce as I did not feel it was needed (saved a few calories). The marinade gave the tuna a very nice taste. The Pineapple Sauce was outstanding ... just the right blend of hot, sweet, and sour. In addition, I served the Orange-Jalapeno Relish from Sauteed Tuna Steaks With Orange-Jalapeno Relish. The Pineapple Sauce was a perfect accompaniment to the Relish and tuna. Thanks, BoxO'Wine for this very nice recipe.people found this review Helpful.
