      Taste was okay nothing extradordinary, It wasn't very difficult to make. Instead of cous cous I would have made a orzo risotto

      This was the first time we had tuna that was not in a can! This was very tasty, and so easy to put together. The sauce was tart and went very will with the tuna and couscous. We loved the pistachios and did not use the capers as we are not fans of them. We had this with a light beer. We will be making this again. Fast,light and very little fuss.
