    Tuna Steaks With Honey Mustard Marinade

    Directions:

      Combine all of the ingredients except the tuna in a large shallow bowl and mix well. Add the tuna and refrigerate for 2 hours.

      Preheat the grill.

      Grill the tuna for 3 to 4 minutes, turn, and grill 4 to 5 minutes longer. Be careful not to overcook the tuna; it can be slightly pink in the center.

      The marinade did not overpower the tuna at all which is something that happens a lot when marinading fish, but I could have used a bit more flavor. This was just ok, but I did eat this warm instead of at room temp. which may explain why this wasn't more flavorful. Made for ZWT5.
