ingredients

• 1 (6 ounce) can tuna (flaked)
• 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
• 1 egg, well beaten
• 1⁄4 cup green pepper, chopped
• 2 tablespoons pimiento
• 4 English muffins, halved

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in double boiler until heated.
2. Spread onto English muffin halves.
3. Broil for 10 minutes.
