This spread for sandwiches or crackers calls for cooked mashed carrots and green olives.
- 1⁄2 cup tuna, drained and flaked
- 1⁄3 cup carrot, cooked and mashed
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons stuffed green olives, chopped
- 1⁄8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Mix all ingredients in a container with a lid.
- Seal and chill for one of two hours.
