- 4 (680.38 g) can tuna in water, well-drained
- 3 stalk celery
- 6 sprig fresh dill (about 3-4 inches each)
- 6 sprig fresh parsley (about 3-4 inches each)
- 29.58 ml sweet onions, minced
- 59.14 ml lemon juice
- 59.16 ml mayonnaise
- 59.14 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2.46 ml salt (to taste)
- fresh ground black pepper
directions
- Chop the celery and the herbs.
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Serve as wraps, sandwiches, or with crackers. I suggest using multi-grain bread and lettuce.
- If you like creamier tuna salad feel free to double the mayo.
