      EXCELLENT creation! I didn't get the beans or tomatoes drained quite enough before stirring everything together, but despite that, my family GOBBLED this up! They ate it on Roasted Garlic Triscuits & on bread as a sandwich. DH made me promise to keep this recipe close at hand. It's inexpensive, handy ingredients & quick to make. To counteract my not draining enough to begin with, I set the whole mixture in a mine mesh strainer, over a large bowl, & just let it drain itself for about 10 minutes. By the time DH was done mowing the lawn & came in to eat it was perfect. In the future I'll probably put the beans & tomatoes over the strainer before adding them to the mixture, just to make sure I do a good job. ;) Thanks for an awesome snack, lunch or light dinner, Queen Roachie!       Made this as a side dish the other night for dinner and it was really well-received by my guest and myself.
