The right balance for tuna salad with apple, jalapeño and celery--delicious.
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in vegetable oil or 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water
- 2 tablespoons of chopped apples
- 2 teaspoons sweet relish
- 5 -6 slices jalapenos, chopped (the jarred preserved kind)
- 1⁄2 stalk celery, chopped fine
- 3 teaspoons mayonnaise
- Mix ingredients and serve (on soft bread is a nice touch).
