Phase 2 of Fast Metabolism Diet
- 5 ounces tuna in water
- 3 small Persian cucumbers, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup fresh basil, cut in chiffonade
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch fresh ground black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, halved and cored
- Drain tuna and mix well with other ingredients.
- Spoon into pepper halves.
