I was in the mood for a simple tuna sandwich and this fit the bill! I also added some chopped celery. This is much better than the recent supermarket deli's tuna I've bought lately! Thanks Southern Chef in LA, for posting. Roxygirl
This was good. I used the nonfat plain yogurt, with regular mustard (used more) & put it in the center of a bowl surrounded by lettuce, some pickles & topped the whole thing with some reduced fat feta cheese. A lovely salad for a light lunch. Thanks so much for sharing!
Very Good! I overdid the Dijon, but I plan to add another can of Tuna which will work, I think. (I tend to overdo Dijon, can't seem to help myself.)

As I was tied up all day in meetings, I told my son he was responsible for dinner. I got home about 10 pm & found a "rest" waiting for me - now I must admit, that I didn't have to make supper was already a treat.....but it really tasted great. I asked my son where did you get this recipe - his reply, "I have my sources" - of course I couldn't leave that alone - next morning as the boys were on the way to school, I asked again - from where do you have that recipe???? With a big grin on his face he tells me recipezaar! So thanks for an EASY & great tasting recipe! I can't wait to be gone all day again!
