Tuna Salad

READY IN: 5mins
Recipe by Lesley Anne

I was playing around with a tuna salad recipe when I started thinking about my deviled egg recipe. I decided to take some of the key ingredients in my deviled egg recipe and add them to the tuna salad recipe. It turned out really good. My family was making 2-3 sandwiches, leaving me with no leftovers.

I really enjoyed this. It's savory and has a bit of a kick (I put an extra dash or two of hot sauce. I used shallots instead of onion, so I got the flavor without as much of the crunch. I put the salad over a bed of lettuce, and topped it with italian dressing & feta. Yum.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. You can use onions instead of onion powder. (I don't like the crunch of raw onions.).
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Adjust seasonings as needed.
