Tuna salad with egg whites

Fulkl of protein and low on fat. I really enjoyed this. I ate with Wasa crackers.

  1. 1. Drain tuna and break up with fork ,
  2. 2. Add onion and celery to tuna.
  3. 3. Peel eggs and dice up egg whites only, dicard the yolks.
  4. 4. Add egg whites to tuna mixture and and mayo.
  5. 5. Salt and pepper to taste, serve.
