Simple and quick salad - great for those calorie counters
Make and share this Tuna Salad recipe from Food.com.
- 1⁄2 cup drained tuna
- 1⁄2 cup diced celery
- 1 cup lettuce, chunks
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 tablespoons frozen peas
- 1 sweet pickle, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Chill and serve.
I made exactly as posted, except I added a bit of dijon mustard. I used a mix of romaine and red leaf lettuce for the lettuce. Very good tuna salad....thanks for posting!
tasty, low cal, fast, I substituted 3 T sweet pickle relish for sweet pickle. Thanks for the recipe.
