      the reason why the first poster may have had problems was the temperature, it's mentioned only in fahrenheit. in celcius, it would be 170-180 degrees. I also had my oven too high, but i checked after already 20 minutes and saw it was almost done.

      I didn't have enough leek, and used only 1 plant, but it turned out very well anyway. Next time i will do as the above comment, and use onions to compensate.

      I made this exactly according to the recipe and I didn't like it much at all. It took ages to make and it seemed dry or something, perhaps add some milk or more yogurt or something. But in any case, I won't be making this again.

      Made this yesterday evening and my DH and I have agreed to give this 5 Stars! I did not have any leeks and substituted with Onion's. It was deliciously moist and flavoursome. Will make this again! Thank you!
