  1. Drain tuna. Soften cream cheese. Combine tuna, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke.
  2. Mix well;chill for several hours.
  3. Shape tuna mixture into ball;roll in nuts and parsley.
  4. Serve with assorted crackers.
