These are easy and cheesy and kids like them too.
Directions:

Heat oven to 350.

Drain tuna, add to bowl with celery, onions, salt, pepper, monterey jack and mayonaisse.

Mix until combined.

Put 1/6 of mixture on each english muffin half.

Put slice of american cheese on top of each.

Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

I was looking for something different to do with tuna when I stumbled on this recipe...much like a recipe a friend of mine made back in college, except she would add garlic as well...Yummy! Kids loved as well.
