Easy to prepare and good. You will need corn tortillas for the tacos.
- 2 (6 ounce) canned tuna
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1⁄2 onion, finely diced
- 3 small green chilies
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- Remove seeds from tomatoes and dice.
- Remove seeds and veins from the chile and finely dice them.
- Mix the tomatoes, onion, chile, mayonnaise and tuna in a bowl.
- Season withsalt and pepper to taste.
- Warm thetortillas and fill your tacos.
