This recipe originally used canned crab meat, but is a great favorite with children in the "tuna" flavor! Not to mention more economical! My children like it so much, I double the recipe.

Directions

  1. Mix tuna with mayo to taste and spread on halved English muffins.
  2. Top with cheddar cheese and put on a cookie sheet.
  3. Broil for a few minutes until cheese is melted and muffins are a bit toasted.

I didn't make this exact recipe but I make basically this I just add a little more to my tuna salad that goes on the english muffin. They are very good kinds to love them they are like an open faced tuna melt. I would suggest toasting the english muffin first if you are worried about consistancy.
