      Don't let the name fool you. This is really good and versitile. I followed the recipe but added my favourite, garlic, and some chopped tomato. Served it over noodles, served with a salad and called it dinner. This "junk" was good! Glad you posted it Bruce.

      This was very good! I followed the recipe as directed but I did add garlic,pepper and chili powder. This was very easy so I will be eating this often! Thanks!

      Tried this tonite and it was great and its alot better than sticking it in the oven! Will try over noodles next time. Thanks for the recipe!

      Man, this is good junk! Tried it last weekend when I had nothing in the cupboard and a lot of better things to do than grocery shop. I have to admit my expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised. I did add about 1.5 tsp fresh black pepper and used red onion and probably doubled the amount of that. I'll have this again soon! Thanks.

      Reminds me of the creamed tuna of my youth, only a little lighter. I added frozen peas, just because I could.
