Tuna Fish Junk

"A great quick casserole that's real tasty and serves well over rice (my favorite), bread, noodles, etc. Also great for storing and reheating in the microwave - mix the rice throughout and add some water for best reheating results."

  1. Don't let the name fool you. This is really good and versitile. I followed the recipe but added my favourite, garlic, and some chopped tomato. Served it over noodles, served with a salad and called it dinner. This "junk" was good! Glad you posted it Bruce.

  5. Man, this is good junk! Tried it last weekend when I had nothing in the cupboard and a lot of better things to do than grocery shop. I have to admit my expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised. I did add about 1.5 tsp fresh black pepper and used red onion and probably doubled the amount of that. I'll have this again soon! Thanks.
