GREAT RECIPE! I am always looking for a new healthier version of tuna casserole and this was it. I used whole wheat elbow noodles, fat free cream of mushroom soup, low fat cheddar cheese, peas and I added less mayo. Next time I am going to try with using all fat free ingredients and see how that is. I liked the creamy texture and the addition of celery. Thanks for a great recipe!

This is AWESOME! I have made it twice in the last two weeks! I made it the first time with cream of chicken soup and no celery and it was still quite good. The second time I followed the recipe exactly and it was wonderful! Thanks!

This was a really good casserole. I didn't have celery, so I used extra red pepper. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. The only thing I didn't like was the black pepper, so I will cut back some the next time. Will definitely make again. Thanks!

This was a great casserole. I really liked the addition of green pepper and onion, which I have not put in my tune casseroles before. It added a great taste and texture. The mayo did seem to make it creamier. I was pressed for time, so I mixed everthing up in a bowl and microwaved until the cheese was melted. YUM! Good Stuff! Thanks for the recipe!

This was excellent! I've never made a casserole with mayonnaise in it before that I can remember. It gave it an extra creaminess that was so good. The red pepper and celery gave it extra color that just called you to the dish. I did add an extra can of tuna. Thank you for posting, and I'll be making this again. I made this recipe for the Spring PAC 2007 game.
