ingredients

1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
85.04 g light tuna in water, drained and flaked
59.14 ml chopped celery
44.37 ml reduced-fat mayonnaise
9.85 ml prepared mustard

directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Spoon into tomatoes, use as a sandwich filling or serve with crackers.
