This is a great way to eat tuna. It's different from your everyday tuna dip. We like it served on crackers.
- 1 (14 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
- 1 (6 ounce) jar pickled jalapeno peppers, reserve 1 tablespoon juice from peppers
- 1 purple onion, minced
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- Mix all ingredients.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
