  1. Great tuna salad. The addition of soy sauce was a great twist. I also incorporated finely chopped radishes and green pepper for a veggie packed lunch. Thank you.

  2. I really like this. I can tell it is very versatile. I will make it again. Thank you

  3. I enjoyed this very much! The combination of vegetables and seasonings is very good. I decided to eat it on a salad made with parsley, red bell pepper, cucumber and tomatoes, with a little bottled sesame dressing. Delicious!

  4. This made a very good sandwich with a little protein and a lot of crunch. I put this on top of Artisan Fold it Flatbread, Rosemary & Olive Oil flavor by Flatout. Followed the directions but used free free mayonnaise. I'll be making this one again. Thank you for posting this delicious and healthy recipe. Made for *Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup Game 2010*

  5. This really is delicious! I was a bit nervous about adding soy sauce but I didn't even know it was added. I did find that letting it chill overnight brings out really good flavor. This recipe I will make real soon! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

After living in Jax FL for 15 years, Hubby and I have retired. We moved back to WV and the mountains where we grew up. It's been quite an adjustment getting use to the season changes again! Our son and youngest daughter live very close and I enjoy seeing my grandkids. I enjoy gardening both veggies and flowers.
