I enjoyed this very much! The combination of vegetables and seasonings is very good. I decided to eat it on a salad made with parsley, red bell pepper, cucumber and tomatoes, with a little bottled sesame dressing. Delicious!

This made a very good sandwich with a little protein and a lot of crunch. I put this on top of Artisan Fold it Flatbread, Rosemary & Olive Oil flavor by Flatout. Followed the directions but used free free mayonnaise. I'll be making this one again. Thank you for posting this delicious and healthy recipe. Made for *Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup Game 2010*
