So glad I bought Birdseye chilies, lemongrass (as well as fresh lemons) and fresh mint at my last shopping. This made a very quick and delicious lunch served on a lettuce leaf. So bright and vibrant tasting while being very health. Hard to beat that! Made and enjoyed for Culinary Quest 2016.

  1. Place tuna and oil in mixing bowl.
  2. Chop chilis, lemon grass, mint, and onion. Mix with tuna.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and fish sauce.
