Great recipe! I halved it too but still used 2 cans of tuna, and used multi-whole-grain macaroni instead of regular. I also added onion powder, 1.5 cups frozen peas & 1.5 cups frozen broccoli to beef it up. Topped it with crumbled wheat toast mixed with the extra cheese. All-in-one meal, and tons of leftovers! Will save this one, thank you.
I thought that this was really good!I loved the cheese and the flavor of it!Next time I make it I will add some black beans,corn and garden peas to it to make it more of a complete meal in one!I also halfed it so that it would not make so much!Great recipe!
We really enjoyed this. Like another reviewer, I halved the recipe, but used 2 cans of tuna. The other change was that I added frozen peas when we mixed everything together at the end. It really hit the spot!!!
7 YO DD gave this recipe 5 stars, so that's all I need! :-) I halved the recipe except the tuna. Still used 12 oz. of that and it was perfect. Also, mixed broccoli pieces right into it before baking to make an easy one-dish meal. Thanks BarbieQ!
