Refreshing summer meal. Good for lunch or dinner. Great for brown bagging.
- 3 celery ribs
- 1 (8 ounce) can tuna
- 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 tablespoon relish
- Mix tuna and mayonnaise and relish together.
- Dice celery sticks and mix it in .
- Add pepper at the end.
- I usually spread it on whole wheat pita spread and add a tiny bit of hot sauce to it but its totally optional.
