Well, I was looking for something different to make for supper. This is an excellent change from the same old supper. Very Good recipe! I will definately make these again. Thanks for sharing.

These were very flavorful, I doubled the recipe and ended up using more breadcrumbs because the mixture was too wet. I would make these again, thanks for posting :O)

These were surprisingly good... surprising because I am not a big tuna fan! I did triple the recipe & had to add extra bread crumbs because it was too moist. Also I didn't have Old Bay Seasoning so I used seasoning salt. Very tasty!!! Thanks!

We all really enjoyed this! For the optional ingredients I used Old Bay (love it!), hot sauce and cheddar cheese. I doubled the recipe for the 4 of us and each double burger (not counting the bun) only counted for 4 WW pts. Enjoyed with dill or yum yum pickles. I'm so happy to have another great recipe of yours to add to my list of keepers! Made for Kittencal's Green tag. Thanks Andi! :)

WOW!! Thought we'd give this a try after a not so good crab cake effort. This is soooo good -- excellent!! When the husbands a believer it's a keeper! Followed the recipe as directed and did have to add more bread crumbs to keep it together. Looking back at the recipe / pic I realized I forgot the cheese! We also didn't use a bun and make it an even lighter meal. This is a keeper!

More flavorful than a tuna melt and without all the mayo! A few suggestions: this only serves 2 (made two nice sized burgers), you only need a 2-3 tablespoons of diced green pepper (a whole would be way too much), the heat needs to be more like low-medium for five minutes each side, and this needs a lot more bread crumbs to stick together. I'd be glad to update my review and stars if you make the changes! Great recipe that I'll make again.

This is... What a... I love... I just can't seem to find the right word for MORE THAN DELICIOUS! Reason #6 why I love Recipezaar. To my family I refer to my friends from Zaar as if I know them personally and have a homemade bumper sticker saying "I'm a Zaar Star". If they didn't eat so well, they may be embarrassed. I have to admit, I was quite bad at lunch today. I had one of these as a burger with cheese, but then decided I just had to see what it tasted like all by itself! I put everything in it (even the optionals), and added a bit more old bay. Out of red tabasco (only had the green), so used Frank's Hot sauce instead. I followed French Tart and Boomette's advice and reduced the heat ...glad I did as mine would have burned otherwise. Believe it or not, I've never had a tuna patty....salmon patties, yes, but never tuna patties. I won't make that mistake any longer. These were a lovely light lunch (if I hadn't had two!) Made for Fall PAC 2009.

OMG! These were wonderful, DH was almost speachless, except for "these are so good" every other bite :) I used two 5 oz cans of tuna and 1 1/2 the amounts of the other ingrediets, I didn't measure the Old Bay just "dumped" it in there. I made 4 nice size burgers. Topped with sharp cheddar cheese, lettuce, mayo and home grown maters. YUMMY. I will be making this often. Thanks so much for posting this winner, as always....

I can only agree with all of the other folks who have reviewed this great little gem. I haven't had a tuna pattie in a lot of years (why, I have no idea) but they are now back on the menu! I used onion powder and added 1/4 tsp of garlic powder as well. I server my burgers on sandwich sized Recipe #361213, with a pickle slice, tomato and spinach leaves. This was enjoyed to the last atom. Made for PAC, Spring 09.

Excellent sandwich. We enjoyed these for lunch today. I did use the fresh bread crumbs and added the tabasco sauce - about 4 drops. We topped with white cheese as that is our favorite. Very good! Thanks Andi. Made for The Best of 2008 Reviews.

This is a great way to eat tuna, and hide the flavor for those who do not prefer it. We all, including my 4-year-old son, loved it. Thank you!

What an exciting flavor experience! I've made this twice now, but not as burgers.... I omitted the eggs and breadcrumbs and just made it as tuna salad--absolutely delicious! The first time,I ate it with some salad greens, and the second time I used it to make a tuna melt for my husband, who loved it, too. I will definitely try it as a burger, but it will most definitely be my go-to tuna salad from here on out. What a quick, easy, inexpensive meal!

A real lifesaver after a hot morning shoving pepples into a newly made bed around my mother-in-law's house. There you had two thrilled people who eat the whole 4 servings themselves :) Thanks!

This turned out GREAT! I love salmon burgers and this was equally good. I used a cast iron skillet and I got a nicely browned crusty "burger." I decided to top with a thick slice of Colby cheddar and it was just the thing to make it taste like a tuna patty melt (minus the bun since I was going low carb). My burger was so juicy. I did add some dried rosemary, cayenne pepper, and grill pepper, and loved the flavor they gave. Thanks Andi, for a super satisfying lunch. Roxygirl

What a wonderful treat! This healthy sandwich is made with things I always have on hand and is so easy it can be ready in a flash. I did not use the onion or celery, but did used the green pepper and Tabasco. I took the advice of FT in her review and was patient when cooking these, waiting the 5 minutes before turning the patties, and they held together beautifully. These will become a staple at my house - thanks for sharing!

I intended to make a tuna burger from a recipe in the latest issue of my Today's Diet and Nutrition, but this one sounded better! I used a 1# tuna steak that I pulsed in my food processor. I grilled these on the Foreman Grill. Delicious and healthy, thank you for sharing!

We made these as burgers according to the recipe and they were much enjoyed. I like the hint of mustard flavor! Thanks for posting

These were a big hit! I doubled the recipe for my family and changed some of the quantities for ingredients when I did, but they basically remained true to the original recipe - thanks for posting! I will be maknig these again soon! Made and reviewed for Potluck Tag April 2008.
