This recipe didn't work real good for me, however, I changed a few ingredients so I'll reserve my rating for now. I enjoy tuna & horseradish but found the flavours off for me. It might have been the kind of tuna I used.

I made this at the last minute and I cut the recipe into half (making 2 cakes) and added a shredded carrot. My teenaged son ate it without a complaint. Thank you, DiScharf! Roxygirl

I was going to add this recipe! This is something me and my fiance have at least twice a month, we love it! Recipe can be easily cut in half to make just two patties. wonderful! thanks for posting!!!

Loved this tuna burger, especially with a dollop of mayo. Didn't have any pimientos so I used some chopped red bell pepper and sauteed it with the onions and celery. This is definitely going to be a repeat at our house and deserves to be tried by other chefs.

I fix a variation of these for my family since we don't like salmon. These are great with beans, fried potatoes & cornbread. Its a good ole' country dinner.
