    This is one of my favorite recipes. My grandmother would call me up and we'd have Tuna burgers for lunch all of the time. A few years ago I went vegetarian and this is really the only dish that I really miss. A nice, simple and tasty way to serve tuna. Makes a great lunch for adults and kids both.

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Combine cream of mushroom soup with tuna.
    2. 2
      Add green pepper and onion, mix well.
    3. 3
      Spoon onto hamburger buns.
    4. 4
      Add 1 slice of cheese to each bun.
    5. 5
      Brush tops of buns with melted butter.
    6. 6
      Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until cheese melts and buns are golden brown.

      HELLO!!! This is a single gal's dream!!! I can't believe I didn't find this recipe sooner! Because I do not eat red meat, I am always looking for new ways to prepare fish and chicken, and this was a perfect quick and easy meal for after work. Ate this with a big green salad full of veggies, and it was FABULOUS!! Thanks for posting!! ~Manda
