A Brazilian appetizer. I'm guessing at the cook time and yield.

- 4 cups cooked mashed potatoes
- 1 can tuna
- 1⁄2 tablespoon chopped onion
- 3 eggs, separated
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Mix potatoes, tuna, onion, egg yolks, and salt& pepper.
- Beat egg whites for 5 minutes and add to the mixture.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- Make balls (ping pong ball sized) and fry in hot oil.
